About Diana
Diana has been a registered dietitian for 10 years with an extensive clinical background including working in multiple ICU's, outpatient diabetes clinics, and in clinical management. Her main areas of focus are in pre-diabetes/diabetes & general health/nutrition. She is passionate about educating people on how to develop a healthy lifestyle using a gentle (or mindful) approach.
Approach to care
Diana always makes sure every patient feels empowered by helping them develop a positive relationship with food and their body. She will support each patient, no matter where they are in their journey, to help them achieve their health goals for long-term success.
Your first session with Diana
During your first session, Diana will take the time to get to know you so she can set you up for a positive experience. She will gather your health & nutrition history, goals, as well as what has and has not worked for you in the past. This will help Diana customize an individualized nutrition plan with recommendations for your specific needs to ensure you achieve your goals.
