About Diana
Hi! I’m Diana, a dietitian specializing in digestive wellness and functional nutrition. My personal journey with celiac disease and my daughter’s battle with Crohn’s have given me firsthand insight into the challenges of gut health. I focus on conditions like IBS, SIBO, celiac disease, gluten intolerance, GERD, IBD, and food sensitivities. Functional nutrition helps uncover and address the root causes of health concerns, making it a powerful approach to managing chronic conditions. My mission is to educate, inspire, and empower you to take control of your health through practical, science-backed nutrition strategies.
Approach to care
I take a holistic, personalized approach to wellness by integrating real food, targeted supplements, and lifestyle adjustments to support your term health goals. I aim to simplify nutrition and provide actionable solutions that fit your lifestyle. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans. I also often use elimination diets, like low FODMAP. If you find yourself stuck on a strict low FODMAP diet or another elimination diet, it likely means the root cause of your digestive issues hasn’t been fully addressed. Elimination diets are short-term tools – not a lifelong plan. My mission is to help you identify your food triggers, improve your gut health, and ultimately expand your diet so you can enjoy more food freedom. —I work closely with you to develop an individualized strategy that addresses the root cause of your symptoms and helps you achieve lasting results.
Your first session with Diana
In our first session, we dive into your health history, symptoms, and lifestyle. I want your whole story—because understanding the root cause is key to effective treatment. From there, we develop a tailored plan that supports your unique needs. Unlike quick-fix solutions, my approach is ongoing—I guide and support you every step of the way to ensure long-term success. My ultimate goal? To equip you with the knowledge and skills to maintain a healthy, balanced diet and thrive independently for years to come. If you feel like we’d be a good fit, I’d love to support you on your journey. Schedule your first appointment, and let’s work together to turn your health goals into reality. I look forward to meeting you soon!
