About Diana

I’m a New York based Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and ACSM-Certified Personal Trainer with a Master’s in Nutrition Science. I enjoy working with people who want to look and feel their best. My specialty includes weight management, longevity, and sports nutrition, though I also have experience with pre-diabetes management, hormone balance (PCOS, perimenopause). Aside from helping people optimize their goals, I loves 80’s and 90’s music, enjoy hiking, walking in and around NYC, visiting coffee shops, exploring restaurants, mostly mom and pop, and movies. I believe eating well doesn’t have to be boring—it’s about finding what works for you. I can’t wait to help you feel amazing!

I like to use a flexible approach in customizing plans that align with each person’s lifestyle and habits because it shouldn’t feel like a chore—it should seamlessly blend into your lifestyle. There’s not a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to transforming eating and exercise habits. True wellness comes from creating habits that align with your preferences, routines, and values, making them enjoyable and sustainable. A healthy lifestyle isn’t about restriction; it’s about savoring the foods you love and living in a way that nourishes both your body and mind. I firmly believe that good health is attainable at any age because it’s never too late to focus on aging well and strong!

Your first session with Diana

During our first session, I like to understand who you are—your health goals, personal eating and exercise habits, daily activities, and interests. There is a lot of confusion in the wellness space and my goal is to help declutter some of the confusion. Together, we identify areas in your diet and lifestyle you’d like to improve and collaborate on creating practical, easy, actionable steps to make sustainable changes. I provide ongoing guidance and support, helping you build on these steps to develop lasting nutrition and fitness habits that align with your goals and fit into your lifestyle.
