About Diana
Hi, I'm Diana, a Registered Dietitian (RDN) with 3 years of experience helping people build healthy, sustainable habits. I earned my BS in Nutrition Science from Loma Linda University, and I’ve practiced in clinical and hospital settings, private practice, and community health. I’m passionate about translating science into practical, flexible nutrition that fits real life. Outside of work I love sustainable and seasonal cooking, growing herbs in my garden, and staying curious about nutrition science. I’m glad you’re here.
Approach to care
My care philosophy is to honor science while honoring you. I base recommendations on current evidence, and I meet you where you are, tailoring plans to your life. We'll move from intention to action with clear, doable steps in a collaborative, nonjudgmental space. I embrace Health At Every Size, focusing on sustainable habits rather than dieting culture, and I look at you holistically, considering sleep, stress, and mood to support lasting change.
Your first session with Diana
Our first appointment is a warm, collaborative conversation about you. We'll start by establishing short-term goals, reviewing lab work and biometrics, and going over your medical history. You don’t need to have it all figured out yet, this is a low-pressure space where you can show up as you are. I’m here to listen, and together we’ll outline simple, actionable steps for the coming weeks that support your long-term health.
