About Diane

Hi there, I'm Diane! I have experience working with clients dealing with weight management, metabolism, and heart issues. I find great fulfillment in helping clients transform their health through sustainable, personalized nutrition and lifestyle changes. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is supporting clients to overcome the mental roadblocks to their health and nutrition goals. I truly enjoy guiding clients through small, meaningful changes that empower them to take control of their health. It is my mission to guide and support you and your weight and nutrition goals using evidenced-based nutrition approaches to make sustainable changes. Health and nutrition is more than just the number on the scale.

I believe in patient-centered and problem solving care. Our time together consist of setting personalized and action-based goals to meet your current nutrition and health goals. At the end, you get to decide what is best for you and I'll be here to guide and support you with resources and personalized and evidenced-based recommendations you can use within your busy lifestyle to reach your weight, nutrition and health goals.

Your first session with Diane

For our first session, we will get to know one another and what you want to get out of the session(s). Additional information regarding your weight, nutrition and health goals, habits and lifestyle will be gathered. Afterwards, a nutrition care plan will be customized to support your weight and/or nutrition needs and will be revised along the way.
