About Diane
Diane Kraft combines clinical knowledge, a food-as-medicine approach, and dietary supplement expertise with her engaging style as a nutrition educator. She is passionate about making nutrition accessible, delicious, and grounded in practical habit change.
Approach to care
Meeting clients where they are on their health journey, Diane will guide them to understand how their dietary choices affect symptoms and overall well-being. Once the “mechanism of action” becomes clear, nutrition transforms into a powerful, personalized tool for lasting health.
Your first session with Diane
Diane begins by exploring the patient’s expectations and conducting an initial assessment of their nutritional health. This includes a discussion of nutrition and weight history, medical background and medications, lab results, and other relevant factors such as physical activity, current symptoms, and dietary supplement use. While the ultimate goal is to develop a personalized plan over time that aligns with the patient’s goals and lifestyle, individuals can expect to leave the first session with one or two actionable steps to begin their journey.
