About Diane
Dr. Diane Kraft combines clinical knowledge, a food-as-medicine approach, and dietary supplement expertise to comprehensively assess your nutritional health as a foundation to initiate dietary and lifestyle change. She tailors her guidance to your unique needs and empowers you with practical strategies for lasting results. As a lifelong nutrition educator, Diane is passionate about translating nutrition science into sustainable habits that support your health goals.
Approach to care
Meeting you where you are on your health journey, Diane will guide you to understand how your dietary choices affect symptoms and overall well-being. Once the “mechanism of action” becomes clear, nutrition become a powerful, personalized tool for lasting health.
Your first session with Diane
During your first appointment, we’ll talk about your goals and what you’re hoping to achieve. I’ll ask questions to get a full picture of your nutritional health—covering your weight and nutrition history, medical background, lab results, physical activity, current symptoms, and supplement use. While we’ll build a personalized plan together over time, you’ll leave the first session with one or two practical steps to get started.
