About Diane
Diane is a Registered Licensed Dietitian living in Atlanta, Georgia. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah and was deeply affected by the death of her brother-in-law, age 39, who was obese, smoked, and very stressed. He did not want to make any eating changes and died suddenly of a massive heart attack. Her mission is to support individuals with multiple health conditions to prevent, manage, or correct their diagnoses. Diane's background includes hospital care, long-term care, 1-1 counseling, and mental and behavioral nutrition challenges.
Approach to care
Diane's approach to care is to create individual nutrition plans based on her clients' culture, family, and work-life situations. Her empathetic focus provides an easy-to-understand flexible sustainable plan. Incorporating a healthy lifestyle routine can prevent, manage, and correct many health conditions. Food is medicine.
Your first session with Diane
Your first session's goal is to learn, listen, and understand your motivation for working with a dietitian. She collects your relevant medical history, lifestyle habits, food preferences/allergies, and any food concerns. By the end of your first session, we will have a flexible game plan that includes specific action steps and goals between sessions. .
