Patient reviews

  • Diane has been amazing! She’s so supportive and understanding, especially when my progress was slower than I hoped. She really helped me not just physically, but also emotionally and mentally throughout my weight loss journey. Diane gave me new ways to think about food, my habits, and my mindset, and encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone to try new things. She’s been such a positive and encouraging person in my life. I can’t recommend her enough!

About Diane

Diane is a Registered Licensed Dietitian living in Atlanta, Georgia. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah and was deeply affected by the death of her brother-in-law, age 39, who was obese, smoked, and very stressed. He did not want to make any eating changes and died suddenly of a massive heart attack. Her mission is to support individuals with multiple health conditions to prevent, manage, or correct their diagnoses. Diane's background includes hospital care, long-term care, 1-1 counseling, and mental and behavioral nutrition challenges.

Approach to care

Diane's approach to care is to create individual nutrition plans based on her clients' culture, family, and work-life situations. Her empathetic focus provides an easy-to-understand flexible sustainable plan. Incorporating a healthy lifestyle routine can prevent, manage, and correct many health conditions. Food is medicine.

Your first session with Diane

Your first session's goal is to learn, listen, and understand your motivation for working with a dietitian.
