About Dianna

Hi, I'm Dianna. I'm a Registered Dietitian based in Wellfleet, Massachusetts, with 10 years of experience, a BA in Psychology from Randolph-Macon College, and a MS in Food and Nutrition from Framingham State University. I’ve practiced in clinical and hospital settings, private practice, research/academia, and community health, which gives me a broad view of how nutrition fits into daily life. I work with the RDN credential and the LDN certification, and I bring an evidence-based, empathetic, and holistic approach to care. I’m grateful for the opportunity to walk beside you as you work toward your health goals.

Approach to care

My approach to nutrition counseling is rooted in meeting clients exactly where they are and supporting them as they move toward where they want to go. I focus on the whole person, exploring how physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors shape health and well-being. My care philosophy blends evidence-based nutrition guidance with warmth, curiosity, and nonjudgmental listening. Together, we will translate science into practical, realistic steps, set achievable goals, and build skills that support long-term, sustainable change. I aim to empower clients to trust their bodies and their choices, while considering sleep, stress, relationships, and movement as essential components of a holistic approach to health.

Your first session with Dianna

In our first session, I'll take time to get to know you as a whole person—not just your symptoms. We’ll explore your health history, lifestyle, goals, and the day-to-day challenges you’re navigating. Together, we’ll review relevant medical history, discuss your relationship with food, and identify what’s been working as well as where you’d like to see change. I want to understand how you’re feeling physically, emotionally, and mentally, and understand what matters most to you right now. From there, we begin creating a personalized, realistic plan that blends evidence-based nutrition guidance with your own lived experience and body wisdom. By the end of the session, we’ll establish clear short-term goals and a practical next-step plan that fits your life and lays the foundation for sustainable, supportive change.
