About Dilhari

Dilhari is a registered dietitian whose passion for nutrition was inspired by witnessing the impact of chronic diseases like kidney disease, heart disease, and diabetes on her family’s health. Her grandfather’s battle with kidney disease motivated her to pursue a career helping others prevent and manage chronic conditions through nutrition. This personal connection drives her commitment to promoting wellness through realistic, sustainable lifestyle changes. With a holistic, client-centered approach, Dilhari focuses on making nutrition an essential, manageable part of daily life to support long-term health and well-being.

Approach to care

Dilhari believes in making clinical nutrition accessible and approachable. She promotes an 'all foods fit' approach, encouraging a healthy relationship with food and a balanced, enjoyable diet without rigid restrictions. Having overcome her own challenges with food, Dilhari focuses on simple, sustainable nutrition that nourishes the body. She tailors evidence-based, personalized care to meet each client’s unique needs, whether managing chronic conditions or improving overall health. Passionate about helping others, Dilhari is committed to guiding clients toward a healthier, more balanced life while enjoying food and reaching their goals.

Your first session with Dilhari

In your first session, Dilhari’s goal is to build a comfortable relationship and work together toward your health goals. She understands that lifestyle changes take time, so she focuses on small, manageable steps. You’ll have the chance to ask questions and discuss concerns while Dilhari reviews your medical history, lifestyle, and nutrition habits to create a personalized plan. Together, you’ll set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals to work on each week, ensuring steady progress on your journey to better health.
