About Dimple
I have been working as a dietitian for over 5 years. I also can provide guidance on exercise for health condition management since I am an American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer. Just a few of my daily work duties involve nutrition assessments which include nutrient needs, therapeutic diet(s) if appropriate, meetings with client families and interdisciplinary care team, enteral/parenteral feeding adjustments, nutrition infographics/education sensitive to age and culture.
Approach to care
Client centered, making realistic changes to improve client's nutrition status and health conditions. Holistic, focusing not only on diet interventions but also lifestyle interventions including exercise, sleep, stress management. Use of medical nutrition therapy and research based guidelines to make nutrition recommendations.
Your first session with Dimple
Open conversation about existing diet/nutrition habits and overall health habits, health history, and nutritional goals. Goal setting for short term and long term health habits. Time for questions regarding nutritional plan. Discussion about planning for future sessions.
