About Dina
I am a Registered Dietitian with over a decade experience working with all age groups and all major medical conditions. I have clinical experience in the hospital, outpatient and dialysis treatment settings. I respect and welcome clients of all nationalities and cultures and pride myself in offering culturally competent care.
Approach to care
I utilize a semi-motivational interviewing approach where I empower clients with knowledge and encouragement to make positive life changes. I work with clients and their healthcare providers to identify goals and practical ways for clients to reach their goals.
Your first session with Dina
Clients can anticipate an enjoyable first session where we get to know one another as we outline expected gains from our sessions. Clients should come prepared for general assessment of their nutrition knowledge, regular intake, prior dietary intervention and identification of current goals.
