About Dina

I am a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping my clients to achieve their health goals through personalized nutrition care. Since becoming a Registered Dietitian in 2024, I’ve focused on outpatient nutrition counseling, educating my clients on nutrition and healthy choices tailored to their needs. Whether you're managing a chronic condition or aiming for a healthier lifestyle, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Before becoming a Registered Dietitian, I worked as a biochemist/ chemist for 10 years. My passion for understanding the science of the body led me to nutrition, and I’ve loved every moment of my journey in this field.

My approach to care is centered on personalized, and evidence-based strategy. I believe in meeting each client where they are and understanding their goals, challenges, and lifestyle. I take the time to educate my clients, empowering them with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed decisions about their nutrition. Your first session with Dina

In the first session, We will create a comfortable space for you to share your background and needs. We will talk about your health goals, any concerns, and the challenges you are facing. We will discuss any relevant medical history. We will develop a tailored action plan for the upcoming sessions. We will set S.M.A.R.T. goals. You’ll leave feeling motivated with a clear plan and confident about your next steps!
