Hi, I’m Dineen! I’m a registered dietitian passionate about helping people feel confident and at peace with food. I work with clients navigating eating disorders, women’s health concerns, plant-based lifestyles, and digestive issues. My approach is compassionate and personalized, focusing on realistic, sustainable changes that honor both your health and your life. I believe food should be a source of nourishment and joy, not stress, and I’m here to help you build a relationship with it that feels balanced and freeing.

I believe that nutrition is deeply personal; there’s no one-size-fits-all plan that works for everyone. My role is to listen first, understand your unique needs, and guide you toward changes that feel realistic, sustainable, and supportive of your overall well-being. I take a patient-centered approach, combining evidence-based nutrition with compassion and flexibility. This means honoring your preferences, cultural background, and lifestyle while providing practical tools you can actually use. I also practice from a Health at Every Size® perspective, helping clients build a healthier relationship with food and their bodies without rigid rules or guilt. Whether we’re working through eating disorder recovery, navigating women’s health and hormonal changes, transitioning to a vegan or vegetarian diet, or addressing digestive issues, my goal is the same: to empower you with knowledge, help you trust your body, and support lasting wellness, inside and out.
Your first session with Dineen
Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll start with a conversation about your goals, health history, eating patterns, lifestyle, and any challenges you’re currently facing with food or your body. This is a judgment-free space: you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. I’ll ask questions to better understand your needs and what you’re hoping to achieve, whether that’s improving energy, navigating an eating disorder recovery journey, managing digestive symptoms, or making plant-based eating work for your lifestyle.
