About D'Jeanne

I’m a Registered Dietitian with 20+ years of experience helping women make sense of the changes that come with perimenopause and midlife. If you feel like your body suddenly stopped responding to the things that used to work, you’re not imagining it. I specialize in weight management, metabolic health, and women’s health, supporting clients who are dealing with hormonal shifts, stubborn weight gain, low energy, blood sugar concerns, and frustration from “doing everything right” without results.

Approach to care

My approach focuses on sustainable nutrition strategies rather than restrictive diets. I work with clients who feel frustrated because they are “doing everything right” but not seeing results. Together, we create personalized plans that support weight loss, blood sugar balance, heart health, and overall wellness while fitting into real life. I have experience working with clients managing prediabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, digestive concerns, and lifestyle-related conditions. My counseling style is practical, supportive, and judgment-free, with an emphasis on long-term success rather than quick fixes. I am especially passionate about helping women understand how hormonal changes impact metabolism, appetite, and body composition, and how nutrition can be adjusted to support these changes effectively.

Your first session with D'Jeanne

Your first session is a personalized nutrition assessment where we review your health history, eating habits, lifestyle, and goals. We’ll discuss how hormones, metabolism, and daily routines may be affecting your progress and identify clear next steps using evidence-based strategies. You’ll leave with practical guidance and a plan for moving forward.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with completion of an accredited dietetic internship. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). Ongoing continuing education focused on women’s health, metabolic health, weight management, and cardiovascular nutrition.

Hobbies

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, continuing to learn about nutrition and health research, and spending time with family. I believe healthy routines should be realistic and flexible, which is the same approach I take with clients.
