It’s a chance for us to explore your health goals and take a deep dive into your current lifestyle — including your eating habits, movement patterns, stress levels, sleep, and daily routines. We’ll look at what’s working well, what’s getting in the way, and where you’d like support or more knowledge. We’ll talk through questions like: What are your goals and motivations? What has helped you in the past? What challenges are you facing now? This in-depth conversation helps me understand your unique needs so that we can create a personalized, realistic plan to support your nutrition and lifestyle goals.
