I'm a Registered Dietitian who helps people cut through the overwhelming noise around nutrition and get back to what actually works. Nutrition can feel impossibly complicated at times, but the truth is that the fundamentals are simpler than you think, and they're incredibly powerful when applied to your real life. My job is to help you see clearly what matters most for your goals, using straightforward science and practical strategies that fit your routine, your preferences, and your constraints. Outside of work, you'll find me ski touring, backpacking, or cooking something new, and I bring that same curiosity and energy to our work together. I value warmth, listening, and problem-solving, and my aim is to help you feel supported as we move toward lasting, achievable health changes that fit your life.

My care philosophy centers on sustainability and consistency, which means we focus on changes that feel accessible and realistic for your life right now. I don't believe in restrictive diets or cutting out entire food groups—instead, we'll explore concepts like portion and frequency that support your goals without feeling depriving. I see our work as a true collaboration: you're an active partner in creating a plan that fits your routine, preferences, and constraints. I'll help you understand the "why" behind our strategies, but the real power comes when you experience the benefits firsthand—when you notice your energy improving or cravings shifting. Your first session with Doug

In our first session together, my main goal is to get to know you. I want to understand not just your health history, but your daily routine, your preferences, and the real constraints you're working within. Whether you're managing a swing shift schedule, juggling family responsibilities, or dealing with multiple health conditions, I want to know what your life actually looks like so I can offer suggestions that feel doable, not overwhelming. We'll identify priority areas together, cutting through the noise of conflicting nutrition advice to focus on the foundational changes that will make the biggest difference for your specific goals. I believe that improving your health through nutrition doesn't have to be complicated. In fact, the most impactful changes are often the simplest ones. My job is to help you see clearly what matters most and build sustainable habits that fit seamlessly into your life.
