Patient reviews
“I was 29w pregnant when I had my first appointment with Eileen. I had just found out that I had gestational diabetes. She helped me navigate a diet controlled option the remainder of my pregnancy so that I could keep my birth plans with my midwife. It was incredibly challenging but I couldn’t have experienced the birth I desired without Eileens experise and support! I still continue our appointments postpartum and set new goals for this year! “

About Eileen
I am a proud wife and mother of two beautiful daughters. With years of experience and dedication as a dietitian, I have gained a wealth of expertise in managing chronic diseases through personalized and evidence-based nutrition strategies. My true passion lies in helping people improve their health through dietary and lifestyle changes. I have worked with people of all ages, from infancy to older adults, and have always strived to provide the best possible care to my patients. I have a master's degree in integrative and functional nutrition, which takes a holistic approach to addressing the root causes of conditions.
Approach to care
I believe that meeting patients where they are is crucial in providing quality care. Every patient has a unique set of circumstances, needs, and preferences, and it's essential to consider them when developing a care plan. By taking the time to listen to my patients and understand their individual situations, I can tailor my approach to provide care that is both effective and compassionate.
Your first session with Eileen
Our first meeting is crucial as it sets the foundation for our working relationship. It will be a discovery session where I will focus on understanding your unique history and circumstances that have brought us together. During this session, I will ask about your medical history, eating habits, activity level, and sleep patterns. This information will help me create a tailored plan that will work best for your specific needs.
