I have experience working with athletes at all levels, supporting performance, recovery, and long-term health, while also helping individuals who simply want to feel stronger, more energized, and healthier in their everyday lives. Whether you’re training hard or focusing on feeling better day to day, I use realistic, personalized nutrition strategies that meet you where you are. In addition to sports nutrition, I work with a wide range of clients seeking support with weight management, metabolic health, digestive concerns, and building a healthier relationship with food. I believe nutrition should be sustainable, evidence-based, and empowering -> not restrictive or overwhelming.
