About Elika
A registered dietitian with a strong clinical foundation and specialized experience in eating disorders, ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder), disordered eating, and performance nutrition. My practice is grounded in a compassionate, evidence-based approach that supports clients in building healthier, more sustainable relationships with food.
Approach to care
I have provided nutrition therapy in residential, outpatient, and collegiate athletics settings, working with adolescents, adults, and families across the spectrum of eating and feeding challenges. My approach integrates tools from CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and Family-Based Treatment (FBT) informed strategies.
