About Eliza
I consider myself a culinary nutrition-focused dietitian. My experience has been with teaching graduate-level culinary medicine courses for various universities and nutrition-focused cooking classes to the public. I've also worked in a rehabilitation hospital setting with patients with diabetes, heart disease, stroke, physical injury, and many more health conditions. I pride myself in being able to help others take small steps toward realistic goals.
Approach to care
My goal is to help you understand yourself better, to build your confidence, and to bring nutrition back to the basics by focusing on food. I'd love to teach you recipes that can help support your health goals and problem solve with you until we figure out what works best.
Your first session with Eliza
In your first session, I'll want to learn about your typical eating habits and routines, your comfortability in the kitchen, and what your goals are. We'll work together to determine what type of learner you are, and I'll help guide you along the way to meeting your goals.
