About Elizabeth
Hello! Welcome to my page. As a dietitian, I combine my education, experience and passion for health, nutrition, and fitness with my love of helping people. I utilize simple, evidence-based approaches to assess and customize plans to meet your needs, whether it be to lose excess weight, improve cholesterol and glucose levels, optimize athletic performance or to just feel healthier and happier. I am empathetic, open minded and love to empower you to reach your goals.

Your first session with Elizabeth
During our time together, we will discuss your health history, your lifestyle, we will review a diet recall, learn foods you like and dislike and begin to create a realistic nutrition plan.

Education
I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition at the University of Illinois at Chicago and my Masters of Business Administration at Dominican University where I completed my dietetic studies.
Hobbies
Outside of work I love spending time with my family, husband and two children, I enjoy hiking, practicing and teaching yoga, creating jewelry, dancing, or testing out a new recipe in the kitchen!
