Patient reviews
“Communication is exceptional, actually. The app is a bit finicky making it difficult got patients and clinicians. However, my previous frustration occurred prior to being able to conmect via email and Elizabeth did wonderfully attempting to connect despite technical issues beyond her control. “

“A really good appointment... lots of progress and lots of emotions“
“Discussed intentionality and ways to naturally reduce IBS symptoms. Practical and helpful!“
About Elizabeth
Hi, I'm Elizabeth. With seven years as a Registered Dietitian, I blend science and everyday practicality to help people feel confident around food. I earned my BS in Dietetics from Michigan State University and an Masters in Nutrition from Fontbonne University. My experience spans clinical and hospital settings, private practice, and community health with a focus on eating disorders and mental health. I'm grateful to share my love of reading, hiking, swimming, crocheting, and exploring new restaurants and places in St. Louis with you. I hold credentials including MA, CIEC, LD, and RD.
Approach to care
My care philosophy centers on evidence based science and compassion focused care. I practice from a health at every size, weight-neutral perspective and a direct yet compassionate approach. We'll build practical, science-based strategies you can sustain long term, rather than chasing quick fixes. I aim to understand your whole life, mental, emotional, physical, so we can craft a plan that respects your values and your pace. You deserve learning, support, and a partnership that helps you feel capable in your everyday choices.
Your first session with Elizabeth
Our first appointment is a warm, collaborative conversation. We'll start by reviewing your medical history and any labs or biometrics, then dive into your relationship with food and your short-term goals. You don't need to have everything figured out yet. We'll set 1 or 2 realistic steps to begin, and I'll outline how we'll track progress together. I'm here to support you without judgment as we shape a sustainable path forward.
