Patient reviews

  • ā€œCommunication is exceptional, actually. The app is a bit finicky making it difficult got patients and clinicians. However, my previous frustration occurred prior to being able to conmect via email and Elizabeth did wonderfully attempting to connect despite technical issues beyond her control. ā€œ

  • ā€œA really good appointment... lots of progress and lots of emotionsā€œ

  • ā€œDiscussed intentionality and ways to naturally reduce IBS symptoms. Practical and helpful!ā€œ

About Elizabeth

Hi, I’m Elizabeth—and I’m so glad you’re here. I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with experience as a lead dietitian at an eating recovery center. For the past 2 1/2 years, I’ve been working here at Nourish and truly love what I do—supporting clients as they build a more peaceful relationship with food, body, and movement. A Michigan native now living in St. Louis, I enjoy reading, cooking, trying new foods, hiking, and spending time with my orange tabby, Freddie—who may make an appearance during our sessions!

Approach to care

I specialize in intuitive eating and take a weight-inclusive, Health at Every Size (HAES) approach. My style combines gentle nutrition with medical nutrition therapy while always prioritizing compassion, respect, and individuality. Sessions often include moments of reflection, learning, and sometimes laughter—but shame has no place in our space. I want you to feel supported and empowered when you press ā€œjoinā€ on Zoom. This is always an LGBTQIA+ affirming and safe space.

Your first session with Elizabeth

In our initial assessment, we’ll: Explore your food history, including past diets, current eating patterns, and your relationship with food. Review your medical history and how it may connect to your health and wellness today. Talk through your current food experiences, from grocery shopping to cooking and meal planning. Discuss the frequency of sessions that feels right for you and schedule a follow-up. Together, we’ll create a supportive foundation tailored to your needs and goals.
