Patient reviews

  • Communication is exceptional, actually. The app is a bit finicky making it difficult got patients and clinicians. However, my previous frustration occurred prior to being able to conmect via email and Elizabeth did wonderfully attempting to connect despite technical issues beyond her control.

  • A really good appointment... lots of progress and lots of emotions

  • Discussed intentionality and ways to naturally reduce IBS symptoms. Practical and helpful!

About Elizabeth

Hi, I’m Elizabeth — a Registered Dietitian with seven years of experience helping people feel more at ease around food. I blend science with real-life practicality so nutrition actually fits into your life (not the other way around). I earned my BS in Dietetics from Michigan State University and my Master’s in Nutrition from Fontbonne University. My background includes clinical and hospital settings, private practice, and community health, with a special focus on eating disorders and mental health. When I’m not talking about food in a professional capacity, you can usually find me reading a good book, hiking a local trail, swimming, crocheting something cozy, or exploring a new restaurant somewhere in St. Louis. Credentials: MA, CIEC, LD, RD

Approach to care

My care philosophy is rooted in evidence-based science and compassion-focused care. I practice from a Health at Every Size, weight-neutral perspective, bringing a direct yet deeply supportive approach to our work together. Rather than chasing quick fixes, we’ll build practical, sustainable strategies grounded in research and designed for real life. I take time to understand your full picture — mental, emotional, and physical — so we can create a plan that honors your values and respects your pace. You deserve education, support, and a collaborative partnership that helps you feel capable and confident in your everyday choices.

Your first session with Elizabeth

In our first session, we’ll lay the foundation for our work together. We’ll review your food history, medical history, labs, and any relevant health markers, then take a deeper look at your relationship with food and what you’re hoping to change. Clarity comes with the process, that is why we will experiment with what works best for you. We’ll set one or two practical, realistic goals to get started and establish how we’ll monitor progress in a meaningful way. Above all, you can expect a supportive partnership focused on sustainable change, not perfection.
