About Elizabeth

Welcome! I’m Elizabeth, a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping individuals build a healthier relationship with food. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s in Dietetics from the University of Dayton. I then when back to Ohio state to complete my dietetic internship. With over 10 years of experience in the field, I’ve had the privilege of working with a variety of eating disorder diagnoses and am truly driven by the belief that all my clients can and will recover. I’m located in sunny Tampa, where you’ll often find me outside, whether it's lounging by the pool or soaking up the beach vibes. I’m an avid reader with a love for all kinds of books—everything from light beach reads to thought-provoking autobiographies. I find that taking time for these personal passions helps me stay grounded, which is crucial as I support my clients on their healing journeys.

Approach to care

In my practice, I focus on making nutrition work for the individual. I take a compassionate, personalized approach to help each person reconnect with their body and nourish it in a way that feels empowering, not restrictive. Whether you’re navigating the complexities of an eating disorder or looking to rebuild your relationship with food, I’m here to guide you with the support, expertise, and belief in your recovery.
