About Elizabeth
Welcome! Iām Elizabeth, a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping individuals build a healthier relationship with food. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from The Ohio State University and a Bachelorās in Dietetics from the University of Dayton. I then when back to Ohio state to complete my dietetic internship. With over 10 years of experience in the field, Iāve had the privilege of working with a variety of eating disorder diagnoses and am truly driven by the belief that all my clients can and will recover. Iām located in sunny Tampa, where youāll often find me outside, whether it's lounging by the pool or soaking up the beach vibes. Iām an avid reader with a love for all kinds of booksāeverything from light beach reads to thought-provoking autobiographies. I find that taking time for these personal passions helps me stay grounded, which is crucial as I support my clients on their healing journeys.

Your first session with Elizabeth
Meeting with a Registered Dietitian for eating disorder support is a brave and important step toward healing your relationship with food and your body. Here's what you can expect in your first session: 1. A Safe, Supportive Environment: With no shame or judgement 2. Getting to Know You: In your initial session, I will take time to understand your unique story. This may include discussing your eating history, current habits, medical background, and how food impacts your life physically and emotionally. Youāre welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. 3.Setting Individualized Goals 4. Collaboration & Support 5. Follow-Up Sessions: Ongoing sessions are used to build trust with food, navigate challenges, and celebrate progressābig or small. Every step forward matters, and I will be there to guide and support you.
