Iām a personable, compassionate and experienced Registered Dietitian (MS, RD) with over 18 years of experience, dedicated to supporting health and well-being through evidence-based nutrition care and personalized guidance. I enjoy working with individuals across a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, helping them build a healthier relationship with food while addressing concerns such as weight management, diabetes, eating disorders, intuitive eating, gastrointestinal disorders, oncology, cardiac health, and overall health & wellness.

I create a safe, supportive space using motivational interviewing, evidence-based nutrition practices, and active listening to understand each individualās unique needs, lifestyle, and goals.
