About Elizabeth

Elizabeth is a registered dietitian with a relatively nontraditional path. She started her career in weight loss, but after a couple of years took a hiatus to manage a cosmetics company and build her bridal makeup artistry business. She soon returned to the world of nutrition as a sports dietitian specializing in nutrition for tactical female athletes. She fell in love with nutrition care centered around female physiology and functional nutrition which led her to her next career venture. Elizabeth also has experience working in a traditional clinical outpatient setting, specializing in oncology, diabetes education, and weight loss.

Approach to care

My approach to care is centered on the patient's experience. "You know your body best," is often heard during client sessions. My goal is for my clients leave their sessions with me with lots of "tangibles." Together we will work together on YOUR goals, guided by my expertise and fueled by fun brainstorm sessions on HOW you can practically apply what we've talked about and achieve those goals.

Your first session with Elizabeth

Think of our first session as a coffee chit-chat session. I want to know about all about you, your goals, and your lifestyle so that I can help you achieve those goals in the most efficient and realistic way possible. While we know that there will be some work to do, we also want to choose the path of least resistance in achieving those goals! The more that I know about you and your lifestyle, the more tailored my advice will be for YOU in the sessions that follow!
