About Elizabeth

I have dedicated my career to working in the mental health field helping clients with various degrees of disordered eating. I utilize an individualized approach rooted in evidence-based nutrition therapy and the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating. I put a strong emphasis on mind-body connection and I am a HAES (Health at Every Size) informed practitioner. While I have extensive experience partnering with clients with disordered eating, I also love assisting people with obtaining general health and wellness goals. I help guide the focus of how small daily habits can influence life-long behavior and making small obtainable adjustments to make life easier when it comes to nutrition.

Approach to care

It is an honor and a privilege to be a part of someoneโ€™s recovery journey. My goal as a registered dietitian is to partner with my clients to restore their relationship with food and their body image; mentally, physically, and emotionally. I utilize a non-diet approach with a focus on mind-body connection and balanced nutrition. In every session, we focus on what your needs are in the day to day but also how nutrition is impacting life on a greater level. I work with clients to come up with 1-2 small, attainable goals each session and I am always partnering with you in the decision making process. I believe that everyone can recover and live a fully satisfied life.

Your first session with Elizabeth

My desire is to help, in any capacity that I am able. The first session is all about getting to know you, your thoughts, feelings and emotions surrounding food and body image, and how we can partner together to allow food and body image freedom. I would love to help you on your health and wellness journey, wherever the destination may be!
