About Elizabeth
The combination of hospital floors, long-term care wings, and family meals shaped why I do this work. I bring a MS in Nutrition Dietetics and ten years as a registered and licensed dietitian, and that clinical background informs how I problem-solve with patients. I love translating science into everyday steps. When I'm not with clients you'll find me playing with my kids, cooking, reading, or taking long walks with my dog.
Approach to care
Evidence guides what I recommend, and your life guides how we apply it. I work in a weight-neutral, behavior-focused way, keeping the whole person in view, not just numbers. We'll use clear, practical steps rooted in current research so you can try things, learn, and adjust. I aim to educate and empower you, while staying direct, supportive, and judgment-free so changes feel manageable and sustainable.
Your first session with Elizabeth
We'll start by reviewing your medical history and talking through the routines, wins, and challenges that matter to you. I ask questions to understand context, not to judge, and together we'll establish one or two short-term goals that are realistic for your life. You don't need to have answers or a perfect plan—our first visit is a low-pressure conversation that leaves you with clear next steps.
