About Elizabeth

Hello and Welcome. ABOUT ME: I am married and we are expecting our first in July 2025. (it's a Boy!!) WHY I AM A DIETITIAN: I became a dietitian after seeing so many people whose health has been negatively impacted by a lack of good nutrition in America. I am putting the power of your health back into your hands and control. "You are the hero of your own story" ~Joseph Campbell

Approach to care

My approach is summed up by the quote "Let food be thy medicine, and medicine be thy food" ~ Hippocrates, the "Father of Medicine". I would add: Eat and Be Free. No guilt with Meals. I hope physicians will one day treat patients first with good nutrition and lifestyle changes. Modern Medicine has great benefits, but I believe many of the ills we face today could be prevented.

Your first session with Elizabeth

1. By the end of the first session, I hope you feel heard, encouraged, and READY TO MAKE NUTRITION CHANGES. 2. I recommend meeting weekly for the first 4 weeks and then every other week thereafter until you have achieved the success you desire. Lifestyle/ behavior change takes time and is hard. This is the reason for weekly sessions to see the best results. 3. Our First Session, we will: Set Goals / Set up Follow-up Appointments / Discuss what “Success” means for you. 4. Review any Nourish policies / discuss any documents missing.
