βI have been working with Beth for 7 weeks now, and it has been such an incredible experience for me. Beth is passionate, motivating, patient, caring, fun, and all of the other best qualities a dietician could have. She is personable and makes tough conversations easy and enjoyable. Working with her has greatly improved my outlook on food/nutrition, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for support! (If I could give her a 100/10, I would) β

βBeth is amazing! She comes to each session with a plan but is also open to talking about anything you need to. She had great ideas and is very motivational. Oh, and she loves Christmas! :) Lβ
