About Elizabeth

Welcome! I'm Elizabeth (she/her) -- a registered dietitian based out of Baltimore, MD. Originally from Boston, I'm focused on helping individuals build a healthier, more sustainable relationship with food. As a retired D3 rower and current marathoner, I have experienced first hand the impact nutrition has on energy levels, brain capabilities, and achieving your goals -- whatever those may be. I am especially passionate about supporting women and athletes through various life stages and empowering you to feel informed and confident in meeting your nutrition needs without fear, shame, or guilt.

Approach to care

My approach centers on appropriate fueling, Heath at Every Size, intuitive eating, and inclusivity. I use a client-centered, evidence-based approach that aims to supports your physical and emotional well-being. I believe in calling it how I see it - without judgement, bias, or anything other than facts. Eating and health can be emotional, and I prioritize space for processing wherever you might be while answering any questions with evidence-based data.
