About Elizabeth
I am a weight neutral dietitian who is passionate about helping individuals cultivate a healthy relationship with food. I specialize in treating adults and adolescents who struggle with eating disorders and have worked in residential, PHP, IOP and outpatient settings. My goal is to help my clients heal from all forms of disordered eating and decreasing anxiety and shame around food and body image, through a supportive, compassionate and weight-inclusive approach.
Approach to care
As a dietitian who uses a non diet approach, the focus will be on behaviors and strategies that will improve your relationship with food, body and overall health and wellness. Using a patient centered approach, I will provide a safe and non judgmental space for healing and growth.
