About Elizabeth
Hi, I'm Elizabeth! I earned my MPH in Dietetics from the University of Massachusetts Lowell (go River Hawks!) and have spent the last year working in clinical and hospital settings as a Registered Dietitian. I love translating nutrition science into practical, sustainable choices that fit real life. When I'm not at work, you can find me baking, running, reading, skiing, or DIY crafting! I value warmth, honesty, and collaboration, and I aim to help you feel confident about your health journey. I understand that health comes in all shapes and sizes, and I would love to help you find realistic ways to optimize your nutrition!
Approach to care
My care philosophy centers on partnership and practical science. I work with an evidence-based, weight-neutral lens and a HAES mindset, focusing on health and behavior rather than dieting rules. I believe lasting change comes from small, sustainable steps. I listen with empathy and warmth, inviting you to share what matters most. Together we'll translate nutrition science into daily routines that fit your life and empower you with knowledge to make informed choices. Holistic care considers mind, body, and food in balance.
Your first session with Elizabeth
Our first appointment is a warm, no-pressure conversation built around you- I want to learn who you are as a person! We'll review your medical history and any recent lab work or biometrics so I can understand where you are today. We'll talk about short-term goals and what practical steps feel doable this month. You don't need to have it all figured out yet; this is a collaborative start, not a test. By the end, we'll set 1 to 2 realistic goals and map a gentle, sustainable path we can work on together.
