About Elizabeth
Hi, I’m Elizabeth, a Registered Dietitian with over 5 years of experience helping women and student-athletes take control of their health through balanced nutrition, realistic fitness strategies, and mindset shifts that last. As a lifelong fitness enthusiast and former athlete myself, I also specialize in working with current and former student-athletes who are navigating the transition away from competitive sports. I understand how challenging it can be to go from a structured training environment to finding your own balance with nutrition and fitness. Whether you’re still competing or trying to redefine your relationship with food and movement post-sports, I’m here to help you fuel your body, stay strong, and feel your best—on and off the field.
Approach to care
My passion lies in empowering women to feel confident in their bodies, ditch diet culture, and build habits that last a lifetime. With a deep-rooted love for fitness and wellness, I combine evidence-based nutrition with personalized support to help you lose weight, gain strength—both physically and mentally—and feel your absolute best. My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with personalized, real-life strategies that actually work. No crash diets. No quick fixes. Just a realistic, empowering path to better health.
Your first session with Elizabeth
Your first session is all about you. We’ll take time to dive into your health history, lifestyle, current habits, and most importantly—your goals. Whether you're looking to lose weight, feel more confident, or simply get a better handle on your nutrition and fitness routine, this is where we lay the foundation. Expect a comfortable, judgment-free conversation where we’ll talk through what’s worked for you in the past, what hasn’t, and where you're feeling stuck. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your day-to-day life, so we can create a personalized plan that’s not only effective—but realistic and sustainable. By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with a clear direction, helpful tools to get started, and a partner in your corner who truly gets it.
