Hi, I’m Elizabeth, a Registered Dietitian with experience helping women take control of their health through balanced nutrition, realistic fitness strategies, and mindset shifts that last. As someone who also suffers with PCOS, I find I can empathize better with my patients & provide them the education & knowledge they deserve on autoimmune & metabolic disorders. I received my undergraduate degree in nutrition from Indiana University of Pennsylvania where I played field hockey for four years. I received my Masters degree in nutrition and completed my dietetic internship at Marywood University in Scranton
