About Elizabeth
Hi, my name is Elizabeth but I go by Betty. I am a Registered Dietitian with a Masters Degree in Clinical Nutrition. I have worked in a hospital and have had my own private practice for 20+ years. I work with my clients to help them achieve their personal goals taking into account a client's medical history, weight history, food aversions and both their struggles and triumphs with their nutrition.
Approach to care
I have a non-judgemental approach to counseling, we will work together to formulate a nutrition plan that is based on your activity level, time/financial constraints, and incorporates your favorite foods. lt is important to improve a person's relationship with food, identify any past struggles and set both short- and long-term goals based on each client's specific desires. Together, we will succeed!!
Your first session with Elizabeth
In our first session, we will do a short "Meet and Greet". I will go over your background, your lifestyle and I will review your medical history, any medications you may be taking, weight history and 24 hr. food history. We will work together to design a personalized, healthy meal plan with your goals in mind.
