About Elizabeth
I became a dietitian because I love food, cooking, and eating—and I believe food can truly be medicine that nourishes both body and mind. I’ve been a registered dietitian for 19 years, and I find so much joy in helping people reach their health goals. I try to practice what I preach by eating a balanced diet and staying active, but I’ll be the first to admit I’m not perfect! I believe in balance, not perfection, and that small changes can lead to big impacts over time. I love working with people to find the strategies that fit their lifestyle. With so much nutrition information out there—from fad diets to TikTok trends—I enjoy cutting through the noise and sharing practical, science-based guidance.
Approach to care
My philosophy is that small, sustainable changes are what create lasting results. Sometimes that means cutting back on just one food, other times it means building healthier routines you can stick with long term. I take a supportive, realistic, and collaborative approach to care—meeting you where you are and helping you identify strategies that feel doable in your daily life. My goal is to empower you with knowledge, encouragement, and practical tools so that your nutrition plan is one you feel confident about.
Your first session with Elizabeth
During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other. I’ll ask about your health history, lifestyle, and routines—things like work, stress, exercise, sleep habits, medications, and past or current injuries. Most importantly, we’ll talk about what matters most to you and what you’d like to focus on. From there, we’ll work together to set realistic, manageable goals and create strategies that make those goals achievable in your everyday life. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling supported, encouraged, and clear about your next steps.
