About Elizabeth

I am married and a mother of one, with a passion for health and nutrition, and I believe diversity is imperative for a successful career. I am a United States Air Force Veteran with experience in Air Force Fitness and Sports, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, and Food Service Management. My focus as a Registered Dietitian is patient-centered health care. I also enjoy helping others improve their relationship with food, managing health conditions, establishing goals, and making behavioral and lifestyle changes to help a person live a healthier longer life.

Approach to care

As a registered dietitian, I believe in personalized, evidence-based nutrition that empowers individuals to take charge of their health. My approach centers on creating sustainable, realistic dietary and behavior changes that fit seamlessly into each person's lifestyle. I focus on adequate nutrition, holistic practices, physical activity, moderation, and balance, and emphasize whole foods, mindfulness, and the importance of listening to one's body.

Your first session with Elizabeth

I expect to get to know the client, review labs, conduct a 24-hour dietary recall, and perform an initial nutritional Assessment. In my first session, I will lead with compassion and understanding, providing a nonjudgmental space for each person to express his or her unique challenges and identify chief complaints.
