About Elizabeth
I am a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping women through all stages of life, from managing PCOS and infertility to navigating gestational diabetes and menopause. I also enjoy supporting children and families in building healthy eating habits early on. My background includes chronic disease management and promoting healthy aging, always with a focus on practical, sustainable strategies.
Approach to care
My approach blends functional medicine with a whole-person focus. I use lab values and current research to guide recommendations, while also helping clients build a healthier relationship with food. I believe in addressing root causes and creating nutrition and lifestyle changes that are realistic and sustainable. Every plan is individualized, and my goal is to empower clients with tools they can carry into everyday life.
Your first session with Elizabeth
In our first session, I’ll take time to listen to your goals, daily food routines, and the outcomes you want to achieve. We’ll review evidence-based recommendations and decide together on a few changes to start with, if you feel ready. If not, we’ll explore barriers and plan for the future, knowing that progress looks different for everyone. Even if changes don’t happen right away, coming back allows us to find the approach that works best for you.
