About Elizabeth
Liz is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 15 years of experience working with adults to improve their health through evidence-based nutrition. She specializes in women’s health, weight management, and food allergies, and understands how busy life can get when you're juggling work, family, and your own wellness goals. In addition to her work in private practice, Liz is also a professor, yoga instructor and cookbook author.
Approach to care
Liz believes nutrition should be realistic, flexible, and personal. Her goal is to meet you where you are, listen closely, and help you create changes that feel sustainable. She focuses on long-term habits—not quick fixes—and supports the whole person, including sleep, stress, and lifestyle, not just food choices. You’ll never find one-size-fits-all advice here.
Your first session with Elizabeth
Your first appointment will be a chance to get to know each other. Liz will ask questions about your health history, current eating habits, daily routine, and goals. Together, you’ll identify small, practical steps to move you toward better health. You’ll leave the session with a plan that’s tailored to you—no overwhelm, no judgment, just a clear place to start.
