About Elizabeth

Elizabeth holds a Masters of Public Health degree and has been a Registered Dietitian over 30 years working in various clinical roles. She's been called a foodie because she is always testing new recipes and finding ways to make old-recipes support healthy living. On weekends, Elizabeth can be found at the local farmer's markets and working in her garden. Elizabeth enjoys working with patients who have Celiac Disease, Bariatric Surgery, Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension and those who need Surgical Preparation or Surgical Recovery.

Approach to care

Elizabeth enjoys working long-term with patients on their path to wellness. She understands change is difficult and the path is not always straight. All foods provide nutrition but we will work together to find foods that support the patient's health goals.

Your first session with Elizabeth

Elizabeth enjoys learning about a patient's health and nutrition journey. We will focus on the best research-proven nutrition methods to improve health. At the end of the first session the patient will have goals that will help them begin to feeling better.
