About Elizabeth
Hi there! Iām Elizabeth Rutledge, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I became a dietitian to be the caring, knowledgeable professional I needed when I was younger. I help individuals manage health concerns while letting go of the shame often tied to food and body image. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition messagesātogether, we simplify the noise and create a realistic plan to reach their goals. My specialties include metabolic health, intuitive eating, and support for eating disorders and disordered eating patterns. I believe nutrition should fit into your life, not complicate it. With two kiddos, I understand how hard it can be to balance health with a busy scheduleāif I canāt manage something, I donāt expect my clients to either! And hereās a secret: even though I cook daily for my family, I donāt always love meal planning or grocery shopping. I focus on keeping it simple and enjoyableābecause nourishing ourselves shouldnāt feel like a burden.
