About Elizabeth
Hello! My name is Elizabeth (she/her) and as a Registered Dietitian, my goal is to be the support for others that I wish my past self had. Drawing from my own experience with disordered eating and physical disability, I strive to create an inclusive, non-judgmental space where clients can show up as their true selves and work through their food and body issues.
Approach to care
Eating Disorders: Receive trauma informed, weight inclusive and individualized support for your eating disorder that encompasses nutrition education, body image healing, harm reduction and relapse prevention. Non-Diet Nutrition Care: Shift the focus away from intentional weight loss and onto sustainable health-promoting behaviors to manage health concerns without body shame.
