About Elizabeth
Nutrition counseling that centers the whole person has guided my work for 17 years. As a Registered Dietitian with an MS in Nutritional Sciences, a Fellow in Patience Centered Care, CDCES certification, and LD licensure, I draw on both clinical (hospital) and private practice experience to create realistic plans. I meet people where they are and co-create strategies that fit busy lives. I enjoy coaching soccer, thrifting, and biking with my two kids, which keeps me grounded.
Approach to care
I combine evidence and empathy to help you build lasting, realistic habits. Grounded in current research and clinical experience, I use a weight-neutral, behavior-focused lens that honors the whole person, including sleep, stress, movement, and relationships to food. We'll translate science into clear, practical steps, try small changes, and adjust together. My aim is to teach you the why and the how so improvements stick long term, not quick fixes.
Your first session with Elizabeth
When we meet for the first time we'll review your medical history, medications, and any lab work or biometrics, but much of our time will focus on your relationship with food and the routines that shape your health. We'll walk through a typical day, activity, sleep, stress, food preferences, and past experiences so we can identify strengths and realistic starting points. You do not need to have it all figured out. We'll leave with one or two short-term goals to begin, in a low-pressure, nonjudgmental way.
