About Elizabeth
Hi, I’m Elizabeth. I’m a Registered Dietitian with 17 years of experience, and I earned my MS in Dietetics from Loyola University Chicago and my Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. My career spans community health and research settings, where I’ve learned that science-based nutrition advice works best when it fits real life. I strive for lifelong learning and am committed to quality care and working with clients to help them achieve their goals. In my downtime I love cooking and baking, and I enjoy yoga, Pilates, and boxing. I’m grateful to work with you toward lasting change.
Approach to care
My care philosophy centers on evidence-based, compassionate partnership. I believe health is possible at every size, and I focus on behaviors, not weight alone, so you feel free to live your life without shame or restriction. We'll work together to translate science into practical steps that fit your schedule and values. I aim to educate and empower you, so you understand why a change matters and how to sustain it. Holistic care means considering sleep, stress, and joy alongside food and activity.
Your first session with Elizabeth
Think of our first appointment as a conversation, not an exam. Our time together is about you and your goals. We’ll review your lab work and biometrics, go over medical history, and dive into your relationship with food. I’ll listen without judgment and you don’t need to have it all figured out yet. Together we’ll set 1 or 2 achievable short-term goals and outline a practical plan that fits your life, values, and pace.
