About Elizabeth

Food has always been where my curiosity and community meet. I earned my BS from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and have spent the last 10 years working across clinical hospital settings, private practice, and community health in Lafayette, Louisiana. As a registered and licensed dietitian with RD and RDN credentials alongside state licensure such as LDN and CDN, I center personalization and compassion in care. Outside of work you’ll find me cooking and eating out with friends and family, singing, or bingeing a good period piece or medical show while juggling multiple extracurriculars with my family.

Approach to care

Evidence and compassion guide the work we do together. I combine current research with practical, doable steps so we can build sustainable habits that fit your life. I practice through a weight-neutral, Health At Every Size lens, which means we focus on behaviors, wellbeing, and long-term resilience rather than restrictive rules. Sessions are warm and judgment-free, and we’ll leave each visit with clear, actionable strategies that educate and empower you to make choices that last.

Your first session with Elizabeth

Our first visit is a relaxed, collaborative conversation where we really get to know each other. We’ll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you have, then take a deep dive into your relationship with food so we can understand what’s working and what feels hard. Together we’ll set one or two short-term goals that feel manageable, and begin building a meaningful connection rooted in empathy. You don’t need to have everything figured out, just come as you are.
