About Elizabeth

I have 8 years working as a Registered Dietitian and have worked in a broad variety of settings from inpatient in a hospital to outpatient in a dialysis clinic. I spent the last 4 years exclusively counseling patients remotely and have really enjoyed not only helping people understand food but making sure they know their own nutritional requirements. I have worked with a broad variety of disease states which gives me the experience to lead people to individualized meal plans.

Approach to care

I like to take an individualistic approach to care. Not everyone's goals or needs are the same and I will take the time to listen to your concerns and goals Taking into your consideration these things and using evidence based practices I will create a plan that works just for you.

Your first session with Elizabeth

I want to take the time to get to know you and connect with you as an individual. I will ask a lot of questions to better understand your your priorities, current lifestyle, what has and what has not worked for you in the past so we can create a better path to lifestyle changes. This is also your time to share your health/wellness goals, and what you’d like to achieve through working with a Registered Dietitian. After getting to know you we can put together a realistic plan that works for you so you can work on incorporating it into your lifestyle.
