Patient reviews
“I’ve worked with Elizabeth for over a year, and she’s been incredible! She’s organized, clear about my goals, and always creates a plan that makes sense. What I appreciate most is her flexibility. As my lifestyle has changed, she’s helped me pivot without guilt, adjusting my plan to fit real life. She doesn’t just focus on nutrition alone, she looks at the whole picture, including sleep, stress, activity, and life events. I truly feel blessed to have her support!“

“Elizabeth is absolutely the best to work with. From the start she took a holistic approach, focusing on all aspects of health rather than just diet. She has teally helped me reframe my thoughts about health and nutrition as I am entering perimenopause. We have been working together for several months and I’m already feeling improvements in sleep, energy and overall well being. “

About Elizabeth
Hi, I’m Elizabeth. Originally from Ohio I now reside in Florida with stops along the way in Chicago, New York and Colorado. My background spans clinical care, outpatient oncology, and private practice. I specialize in general wellness, women’s health, gastrointestinal conditions, hormonal imbalances, oncology nutrition, and the intersection of nutrition and mental health. My approach is integrative and functional, meaning we look beyond symptoms to understand patterns, root causes, and the bigger picture of your health and lifestyle. I don’t believe nutrition exists in a vacuum. Food matters - but so do stress, sleep, routines, mindset, relationships, and past experiences with dieting or healthcare. My goal is to help you feel more connected to your body, more confident in your choices, and supported in building habits that actually fit your life.
Approach to care
I work best with people who are tired of quick fixes, rigid rules, and being told what to “cut out.” Instead, I focus on personalized, evidence-based nutrition that emphasizes nourishment, flexibility, and long-term wellbeing. I’m especially passionate about helping clients shift their attention toward what they can enjoy and add in - rather than living in a constant state of restriction. Whether you’re navigating digestive issues, hormonal changes, fatigue, weight concerns, or simply want to feel better in your body as you age, we’ll work together to uncover what’s driving your symptoms and create a plan that feels realistic, compassionate, and sustainable. My style is collaborative and non-judgmental. I value curiosity over perfection and progress over extremes. I'll meet you where you are!
Your first session with Elizabeth
*Please note I am currently seeing clients between 6am-12pm EST Monday-Friday.* Your first session is a space to tell your story. We’ll take a comprehensive look at your medical history, current nutrition habits, sleep, stress, movement, and past experiences with food, diets, and healthcare. I’m interested in what’s worked for you before -and what hasn’t - so we can design an approach that truly aligns with your needs and goals. Nutrition is just one piece of the puzzle. Together, we’ll explore how the mind, body, and lifestyle intersect, identify key patterns, and outline clear, actionable next steps to move you forward. You can expect thoughtful conversation, education that makes sense, and a plan that feels supportive rather than overwhelming.
