About Elizabeth
Elizabeth is a Registered Dietitian with over four years of experience across clinical, outpatient, and private practice settings. Prior to becoming a dietitian she worked in public relations and marketing and finds human psychology fascinating. Her specialties include general wellness, women's health, oncology, gastrointestinal disorders, hormonal imbalances, and mental health.
Approach to care
Elizabeth's practice focuses on an integrative and functional nutrition approach with an emphasis on providing compassionate care. She aims to help individuals get to the root cause of issues rather than merely addressing symptoms. Her nutrition counseling style is centered around personalized nutrition and takes a holistic approach, focusing on all aspects of an individual’s health and lifestyle to improve quality of life and longevity. Elizabeth enjoys working closely with her clients to help them live and feel their best. She loves guiding clients to concentrate on the foods they can enjoy, rather than focusing on those to avoid.
Your first session with Elizabeth
Elizabeth loves developing relationships with each client to empower them in their health journey. On your first session together, you'll have the opportunity to share your medical history, current habits (sleep, stress, exercise, etc) and past experiences. Nutrition is only one aspect as the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit is a key component to her nutrition counseling style. Elizabeth values learning from what has worked well in the past and what hasn't, in order to develop a personalized approach that best aligns with your needs and ensures progress towards your desired outcomes.
