About Elizabeth

Hi! I’m a Registered Dietitian with over six years of experience and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. My background includes both clinical and community nutrition, allowing me to support individuals and families with a variety of health goals in both medical and everyday settings. As a working parent myself, I truly understand the day-to-day realities of trying to care for your health while balancing work, family life, and a busy schedule. Because of this, my approach to nutrition is realistic, supportive, and focused on creating sustainable habits that work in real life—not just on paper. When I’m not working with clients, I’m usually spending time with my growing family and embracing life as a proud sports mom. I also enjoy staying active and making movement part of my routine through Pilates, Lagree, and weight lifting, which help me stay strong, energized, and ready to keep up with my busy household.

Approach to care

My approach to nutrition care is practical, compassionate, and grounded in research. I believe nutrition guidance should be evidence-based while also realistic enough to fit into everyday life. Rather than focusing on rigid rules or perfection, I help clients build sustainable habits that support long-term health. I practice through a weight-neutral lens, meaning our work centers on overall well-being, health behaviors, and quality of life rather than numbers on a scale. While weight is often emphasized in traditional healthcare settings, I focus on behaviors that truly support health, such as nourishment, movement, sleep, stress management, and building a positive relationship with food. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where we can explore what works best for your body, lifestyle, and goals. Together we’ll develop realistic strategies, set clear and achievable steps, and track what matters most to you while building habits that support long-term well-being.

Your first session with Elizabeth

My goal in our first session is to gain a well-rounded understanding of you and your health. We’ll review your medical history, current conditions, medications, and any nutrition-related concerns that may impact your well-being. We’ll also talk about your lifestyle, daily routines, cultural preferences, and relationship with food so I can tailor recommendations that truly fit your life. We’ll discuss your goals and expectations for nutrition care—whether you’re hoping to improve a health condition, build sustainable eating habits, or better support your health through food. Together, we’ll begin creating a realistic and attainable plan that fits your daily life. My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on sustainable progress rather than perfection in a judgment-free, low-pressure space.
