Your first session with Elizabeth
Your first appointment is all about getting to know youâyour goals, your concerns, and what everyday life looks like when it comes to food, health, and routines. Thereâs no judgment, no pressure, and no âperfectâ answers. My goal is simply to understand where youâre starting so we can build a plan that feels realistic and supportive. Weâll start by chatting about what brought you inâwhether youâre hoping to manage a health condition, lose weight, boost energy, or simply feel better in your body.
