About Elizabeth
Nutrition has been my daily work and joy for more than two decades. As a Registered Dietitian with a BS in Human Nutrition and an MPH, I’ve practiced in hospital settings and community health programs where bedside care meets public health. Outside of work I love hand-balancing, yoga, cooking and baking, and I bring that same curiosity and patience to helping people discover realistic, lasting habits that fit their lives.
Approach to care
Evidence guides the recommendations I offer, and warmth shapes how I offer them. Drawing on 22 years as a Registered Dietitian with public health training, I blend science-based strategies with clear, practical steps we’ll adapt together. I work from a weight-neutral, Health At Every Size perspective and treat the whole person, focusing on sustainable behavior change, education, and doable accountability rather than quick fixes or diet rules.
Your first session with Elizabeth
We’ll begin by reviewing your medical history so I understand the full picture, then take a deep dive into your relationship with food, looking at patterns, wins, and frustrations. This is a judgment-free conversation, and you don’t need to have all the answers. Together we’ll set one or two short-term goals that feel manageable and outline simple first steps so you leave with clarity and momentum, not pressure.
