About Elliana
Hiya! Iβm Elliana (or Elli) β a Registered Dietitian (RDN) and Board-Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) with a passion for helping active individuals fuel with purpose and confidence. My background blends sports medicine and performance nutrition, allowing me to approach health from both the rehabilitation and fueling sides. Iβve worked with over 500 Division I athletes, led collegiate sports nutrition operations, and provided clinical nutrition counseling in both athletic and medical settings. I understand not only how to optimize performance, but how to support return-to-play, prevent injury, and build sustainable habits that last beyond a season.
Approach to care
My care philosophy is rooted in individualized, evidence-based practice and whole-person support. I view health through the lens of performance, recovery, and long-term sustainability β not quick fixes or restrictive approaches. I believe food is a tool for fueling performance and overall well-being. Whether working with athletes, active adults, or individuals navigating medical conditions, I prioritize practical strategies that fit real life. My goal is to help clients understand the βwhyβ behind their nutrition plan so they can make confident, informed decisions independently. I approach care collaboratively. You are the expert in your life; I provide the clinical expertise, structure, and accountability to help you move forward. Together, we create realistic goals that support strength, resilience, and a positive relationship with food.
Your first session with Elliana
Our first appointment is a low-pressure conversation about you. We'll review your medical history, your lab work or biometrics if available, and your relationship with food. You don't need to have it all figured out yet; I'll listen and ask questions to understand what matters most. Together, we'll set short-term, realistic goals and outline practical steps you can start with right away. I want you to feel supported, informed, and ready to begin this journey at a pace that fits your life.
