About Ellie
Hi! I’m Ellie — a registered dietitian from Minnesota with a Master’s in Nutrition Science from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and clinical training from Mayo Clinic Hospital. I take an evidence-based, non-diet approach focused on mindful eating, behavior change, and helping clients build a healthier relationship with food. Outside of work, I love hiking, running, lifting weights, baking, and spending time with my dogs.
Approach to care
Patient-centered, evidence-based care. Non-diet approach to promote lifelong behavior change. I meet my clients where they are at in their health journeys to help set realistic and achievable goals. I believe that all foods can fit into a healthy diet.
Your first session with Ellie
In our first session we will dive deep into your diet, lifestyle, long-term and short term goals. We will also discuss your medical history, weight history, relationship to food, physical activity and more. I prioritize getting to know my clients well in this first session in order to provide the best, individualized care.
